Delivery of Donor Eggs
Cryos delivers frozen donor eggs to its US network of cooperating and reference clinics. If your clinic is not already part of the Cryos network, registration is easy. When you place your order simply put your clinic’s name and address in the ship to field and we will contact them directly to finish the registration process.
Nitrogen – LN2
Also called liquid nitrogen (-196°C). The donor egg straws are placed in a liquid nitrogen tank, which is placed inside a transport box. A nitrogen tank will keep the donor eggs frozen for up to 7 days. To ensure correct temperature a logging system will monitor the tank during transport.
Donor eggs should be stored in the nitrogen tank until use or be moved to another nitrogen tank at the clinic.
