Below you can read about how you can order delivery, add more straws, extend and cancel your reservation.

How to have Donor Sperm Delivered from your Reservation

When you want donor sperm delivered, simply log onto our website using your username and password.

Alternatively, Contact Us by phone or by e-mail. When choosing this method, we will need you to complete a manual delivery request. This can be sent back by e-mail, letter or fax to Cryos together with a copy of an official picture ID such as a passport or driving license. Please advise us when you would like to have the straws shipped and what delivery method you choose. If you e-mail Cryos, a representative will contact you for payment of shipping charges. If you call Cryos, a representative will take your payment over the phone.

How to Add more Straws to an Existing Reservation

As long as we still have sperm from the sperm donor in stock, you can purchase it online and add it to your existing reservation. Purchases are reserved in the usual way, only here you choose 'Add to Existing Reservation' under 'Choose Reservation'. You only pay for one reservation period at a time, regardless of how many straws you have in your reservation and whether you buy more straws later.

How to Extend the Reservation Period

A reservation can always be extended. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you well in advance. If you do not have e-mail, Cryos will not be able to inform you when your reservation is about to expire. It is best that you contact us about 15 days prior to expiration to extend your reservation period.

How to Cancel your Reservation

You can cancel your reservation online by logging onto our website using your username and password.

Alternatively you can complete a Termination Statement which has to be sent to us by letter, mail or fax together with a copy of an official picture ID such as a passport or driving licence.

You can choose only to cancel some of the straws on your reservation. Once you have cancelled the straws, we will refund 75% of the value of the straws for those straws that have not been delivered.
