How you can convert your reservation into a shipment, add more straws, extend or cancel your reservation.

How to have your donor sperm shipped from your reservation

When you want your donor sperm delivered, login to your account on our website using your email and password.

Alternatively, Contact Us by phone or by e-mail to request that your sperm straws be shipped out. When choosing this method, we will need you to complete a manual delivery request. This can be sent back by e-mail, letter or fax to Cryos together with a copy of an official picture ID such as a driving license. Please advise us when you would like to have the straws shipped and what delivery method you would like to choose. If you e-mail Cryos, a member of Client Services will contact you for payment of shipping charges. If you call Cryos, a member of Client Services will take your payment over the phone.

How to add more sperm straws to an existing reservation

As long as we have sperm from your chosen sperm donor in stock, you can purchase straws and add them to your existing reservation. To add straws to your existing reservation, please call Client Services on (+1) 407 203 1175 ext. 1. You only pay for one reservation storage period at a time, regardless of how many straws you have in your reservation and whether you buy more straws later. You only need to pay for the purchase of the additional straws.

How to extend the reservation period

A reservation can always be extended login through your account by logging in. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you in advance reminding you that your reservation is nearing its end date. If you do not have e-mail, Cryos will not be able to inform you when your reservation is about to expire. It is best that you contact us about 15 days prior to expiration to extend your reservation period if you need to do so via e-mail or over the phone.

How to cancel your reservation

You can cancel your reservation in several ways. You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account using your email and password. You can also complete a Termination Statement which has to be sent to us by letter, mail or fax together with a copy of an official picture ID such as a driving license or passport.

You can choose to cancel the reservation of only some of the straws or all of the straws. Once you have cancelled the straws, we will refund 75% of the value of the straws for those straws that have been stored at Cryos. Cryos' buyback policy only covers straws that have been stored at Cryos, as we cannot guarantee the condition the straws have been stored in once they have left our facility.
